  • ½ loaf low-carb bread
  • 16 oz egg substitute
  • 1 cup corn flakes crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Slice bread.
  • Pour egg substitute it the bowl. Soak favorite bread in the mixture.
  • Coat in corn flake crumbs.
  • Place bread on 3-inch rack and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
