Easy Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
This breakfast sandwich is great for quick meal in the morning before your work. It will take only couple minutes.
- 1 large egg beaten
- 2 streaky bacon stripes
- 1 English muffin
- A pinch of salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Beat 1 egg into an oven proof cup or bowl.
Preheat the Air fryer to 390°F.
Place the egg in the cup, bacon stripes andmuffin to the fryer and cook for 6-7 minutes.
Get the sandwich together and enjoy.
