Air Fryer Kale Chips

Garlic and herbs seasoned Kale chips are baked in the air fryer until crispy and make a delicious appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of kale
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of red chili pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle the frying basket with olive oil.
  • Preheat it to 350F.
  • Cut the kale in the pieces.
  • Sprinkle the kale with the coconut oil.
  • Then add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, red chili pepper, salt and pepper.
  • Rub the pieces of kale with spices and mix them.
  • After that place them in the Air Fryer and cook 5 minutes.
  • Then shake them well and cook for 5 minutes more.
  • Enjoy with chips.
