Country Fried Steak Recipe

If you are looking for something special to cook in your Air Fryer, then you can easily prepare tender and delicious country fried steak. Gently dressed with breadcrumbs and covered with herbs this steak will tastes great with mashed potatoes, rice or steamed vegetables.

  • Air Fryer


  • 2 pieces 6-ounce sirloin steak pounded thin
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper


  • Combine the breadcrumbs, onion, and garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • In other bowls place flour and beat eggs.
  • Dip the steak in this order: flour, eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • Cook breaded steak for 6-7 minute at 380 F, turn over once and cook for another 5-7 minutes until becomes golden and crispy.
