Air Fryer Chicken Thighs Recipe
Savory fryed chicken thighs in the air fryer with no oil and with amazing crispy skin. I also added one of my favorite parsley sauce to make this meals just perfect!
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine
- 4 garlic cloves
- A pinch of salt
- A drizzle of maple syrup
- 12 chicken thighs
Add parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, oil, wine and maple syrup in the food processor, and pulse well.
In a large bowl, mix chicken thighs with parsley sauce, toss well and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 F.
Transfer chicken to the fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, flipping once, until cooked and crisp.
Serve and enjoy.
