Air Fryer Chicken Thighs Recipe

Savory fryed chicken thighs in the air fryer with no oil and with amazing crispy skin. I also added one of my favorite parsley sauce to make this meals just perfect!

  • Air Fryer


  • 1 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • A pinch of salt
  • A drizzle of maple syrup
  • 12 chicken thighs


  • Add parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, oil, wine and maple syrup in the food processor, and pulse well.
  • In a large bowl, mix chicken thighs with parsley sauce, toss well and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 F.
  • Transfer chicken to the fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, flipping once, until cooked and crisp.
  • Serve and enjoy.
