In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, parsley, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, and egg. Stir to combine well, then add in crab meat and stir.
Place remaining breadcrumbs in shallow dish. Form crab mixture into 4 equal size patties. Coat each side with breadcrumbs.
Place foil on 3-inch rack. Sprinkle with olive oil. Place patties on foil. Bake on High Power (350 F) for 6 minutes. Flip and cook extra 6 minutes.
