In a large bowl combine egg and all ingredients besides beef and crackers. Mix well.
Place Saltine crackers into a gallon storage bag and seal. Use a rolling pin to crush crackers into a coarse powder. Add this to the egg mixture and stir to combine well.
Add ground beef and use your hands to mix everything together. Form into a loaf and place directly on 1-inch rack (firstly spray rack with olive oil)
Cook on level high for 25-30 minutes, until ready.
