Easy Overnight Oats With Honey
Healthy and easy way to start your perfect day! Try this overnight oatmeal with honey.
- Slow Cooker
- 1 cup steel-cut oatmeal
- 1 cup skimmed milk
- 2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- 5-6 tablespoons honey
- Salt to taste
- In a large bowl combine water, milk and steel-cut oatmeal. Season with salt and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker, close the lid and cook in high for 3-4 hours.
- When ready, stir in almond butter, top with honey and serve.
