Baked Crab Cakes Recipe

Made of tender crab meat these patties will be great meal for any occasion. Kids and adults friendly.

  • NuWave Oven


  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, parsley, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, and egg. Stir to combine well, then add in crab meat and stir.
  • Place remaining breadcrumbs in shallow dish. Form crab mixture into 4 equal size patties. Coat each side with breadcrumbs.
  • Place foil on 3-inch rack. Sprinkle with olive oil. Place patties on foil. Bake on High Power (350 F) for 6 minutes. Flip and cook extra 6 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
