Ingredients
  

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice or lime
  • ¼ tsp teaspoon garlic powder
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Garnish

  • 3 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • Paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Hard boil eggs in an instant pot, or using your favorite method.
  • Peel eggs gently so the whites remain intact.
  • Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  • Mash together the yolks, avocado, mayonnaise, juice and seasonings until smooth and creamy.
  • Pipe into egg whites and top with crumbled bacon and paprika.
