Avocado Deviled Eggs Recipe

- Pressure Cooker
Ingredients
- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice or lime
- ¼ tsp teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for Garnish
- 3 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- Paprika to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs in an instant pot, or using your favorite method.
- Peel eggs gently so the whites remain intact.
- Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- Mash together the yolks, avocado, mayonnaise, juice and seasonings until smooth and creamy.
- Pipe into egg whites and top with crumbled bacon and paprika.
