Air Fryer Chicken Thighs Recipe
- Air Fryer
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine
- 4 garlic cloves
- A pinch of salt
- A drizzle of maple syrup
- 12 chicken thighs
- Add parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, oil, wine and maple syrup in the food processor, and pulse well.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken thighs with parsley sauce, toss well and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 F.
- Transfer chicken to the fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, flipping once, until cooked and crisp.
- Serve and enjoy.
